本律所招聘律师的条件：
   ①全日制普通高等院校法律专业本科以上学历，取得律师资格；
   ②为人正直，适合从事律师，面试合格；
   ③凡是被曾从事的律师事务所辞退者一律不录用；

Lawyer recruitment conditions：
      ①Undergraduates above of law major from full-time colleges or universities， acquisition of attorney           qualification.；
      ②upright，being appropriate to be lawyer, and passed the interview；
      ③Those who were dismissed by other law firms will not be hired；
